I would not pay that for those shoes. I'm not a fan of the heel, but love booties.
I'm not a fan of the bootie generally but I like how those look. My question is about their utility - they would not be work-appropriate for me except in a business casual environment, and only with pants, and I think with pants I'd rather wear actual boots, whether ankle or tall. Same with jeans for going out. What would you wear them with? I see booties like these shown with tights and short dresses/skirts, but I don't think I could pull that look off, but that may be because I'm 5'3" and mid-30's.
OP here. Thanks for the replies. I'm on the fence on the bootie concept but these seem doable. I would pair them with either pants or (sweater) dresses with black tights (I'm looking at the black leather ones). I work in a business casual environment so from that perspective, they're golden. Also, I'm pregnant, so I'm thinking that even with the heel, the more foot coverage would make them more stable for when I feel like I actually have to put on heels.
The shoes are cute, but a 3+ inch heel while pregnant? I cannot imagine that being doable. Also, I've never bought a comfortable pair of heels at that price point (under $150), so I am extremely skeptical.
