Commute from Beverly Hills Area of Alexandria to Chinatown DC

Curious for those who do it...

whats the avg commute time driving from Beverly Hills area to DC?

What time do you leave and arrive at work? How about coming home?

We live in Rosemont, and commute to Chinatown. It takes us about 35-40 minutes leaving at 8:15. If we leave earlier, we can manage it more quickly.

Record time was 13 minutes door to door.

take the DASH bus to the pentagon and take the yellow. I've done it for years. 35 min or so

Or DASH to Braddock and then Yellow. Sometimes Yellow line is standing only by the time it gets to the Pentagon, so it's much easier ride if you get on earlier.
