“Dressy” t-shirt type tops to wear under cardigans

Fashion gurus, please help.

I have a number of standard cardigans (hits at the waist, button up, jewel neck). I am looking for something to wear under them that is comfortable like a t-shirt but has a nice neck area (so I’m not wearing a t-shirt to work). I have dressier tops for my robe style cardigans since you see so much of the top itself, but with these button cardigans, you really just see the area immediately around my neck. Sleeveless tops would probably be even better, but everything I see looks like a causal t-shirt. Needs to be higher neck than a camisole. Thanks for suggestions!

Boden usually has knit shirts with a satin or velvet trim around the neck (and now you can find similar styles at H&M, Target, etc. sometimes).

I have the same question- but my office is so hot i oftn wind up taking off the cardi and just wearing the "t"

OP, what sort of stuff do you wear under the robe-style sweaters and where do yu get them?
