TTC and amoxocylin (antibiotic)

| I've been ttc for a while..... This cycle, I'm sick but I also scheduled a vacation for 4 days in and around ovulation (days 11-14). I ovulate on day 13. Today day 6 of my cycle I went on antibiotics b/c I have had a sore throat for 4 days (so bad, I couldn't sleep last night). Now I'm stressed that the meds aren't ideal to be on during the week of ovulation. Anyone know? My doctor/pharmacist said it s/b fine. But I acted totally calm about it with them, when really I was stressed another cycle could be gone. The vacation is planned, hotels booked, vacation time in, I NEED to go!! I just wanted it to count!!! My husband isn't even totally aware of my peak days coinciding to take the pressure off!! URGH! I have to be on the meds for 7 days, 3X/day. |

| Amoxicillin is okay even during pregnancy according to my OB. |

| thanks, i've decided I have to use it anyway...so if it screws up this cycle, that's just life! bad timing tho.... |
