Crossfit in Fairfax

Can anyone recommend a place for Crossfit in Fairfax (or very near)? A place that a late-30's mom can go to get her fitness mojo back? Not overweight just need to tone and shape. I run, so cardio is not the issue.

Choose Virginia and you'll see all the affiliates around- there are three in Fairfax alone. Check out their websites, go for a visit, see which one fits you the best.

| Thanks. While I will have to visit them to decide for myself, at this point I'm more interested in anyone who has actually used these gyms. Anyone with first-hand experience? |

| I looked on the website and the Crossfit Fairfax location on Main Street is actually a bail bonds office. |

| A friend of mine goes to the Tysons Corner CrossFit and swears by it. (I have other friends who go to the ones in Clarendon and Alexandria and have seen astonishing results, so the concept is sound.) |
