Need Painter & Cleaning Rec's for new condo

| Hello, I am moving into a new 2 bd condo soon in DC & would love to hear any rec's for printers & someone to clean the apt after the painting & before move-in. I am thinking we need a real professional cleaning service, not the lady who comes every 2 weeks to clean the apt. Please let me know if there is any company you recommend. Thanks! |

| Talk to your realtor. They obviously have a lot of clients who need this kind of work and most have a preferred list of contractors who have proven over time that they will do a good job. Some realtors will also be able to get you a discounted prince. |
