Finding WAHM web developers

I just joined the group and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Karen and I am a WAHM in Virginia. I have a one year old daughter.



I started my own graphic design business about two years ago so that I could stay at home with the family we were planning. It has just taken off! I work any time my daughter is sleeping.

I need to start hiring some subcontractors. I have developed my business in order to stay home with my daughter. Because my business was started for that reason my clients are used to me working only during nap-times, bringing DD to meetings, etc. So I've decided that I really want to support other moms who want to stay home also but need to do a little work on the side.

I'm looking right now for moms with programming or web developing skills who want to work some hours a week around their kids' schedules. The problem is I don’t know how to find them. I know they are out there but they are not easy to track down. Do any of you know of anyone who may be interested or maybe you are interested yourself. Or does anyone have ideas of how I can find other stay at home moms to work with.
