What channel is the Redskins game on today?

We have FIOS and though Redskins.com says the game is on FOX at 1pm our onscreen guide says it's a Seattle game at that time. Sorry, we are English and new to the area so if we're being a bit stupid, our apologies in advance. At least we are eager to become supporters of the home team!

WTTG ch. 5 list redskins at panthers 1-4. Fox may show the Seattle game national. Hope it helps.
