It’s a rebuttable presumption meaning, he’s the presumed father but that presumption can be rebutted. Example: husband is presumed the father. He or boyfriend files a motion with the court to order paternity testing. If testing shows he’s not the dad, the presumption was rebutted.

He is so disgusting. Trying to say he killed the dog because of his “country ways”. I also had a French bulldog that nipped my son on his nose when he was around 14 months. The dog was on the couch too and my son came toddling over to him, dog got scared and nipped. I blamed myself not the dog and I never once considered killing it. There are plenty of French bulldog rescue groups that would have re-homed Nugget. I saw the video a long time ago but if I remember correctly, Ensley was taunting/poking at Nugget.
