I don’t think being a former pro football player dating/married to someone in entertainment leads to the same kind of resentment as when both people are in entertainment. Athletes know there is a finite amount of time they can compete at that level and their bodies are just done at a certain point. They usually figure out a next phase of life even if it’s not in the public eye. Whereas in entertainment if you’re “retired” it’s usually because you stopped being in demand. I think if Jessica Simpson’s marriage to Nick Lachey. If you watch old clips he was clearly resentful that her star will still rising and his 15 minutes were up.

I could see this happening, but I think he's setting himself up for his post-NFL career. I don't think he'd be great at commentating on the games like Jason would, but Travis would be a great pre/post-game show personality.

A friend said that Travis is a "pick me girl" type guy and I think nothing is more true. He loves having attention and the cameras on him. He's an in-front of the camera type guy not give a play-by-play while the game is going on type guy.

Every famous person becomes less famous over time. A smart person would wait that out instead of ruining their relationship over it.

I would love to have a BIL like Jason. It’s sweet how close he and Travis are and how much they openly love their parents, hometown, old friends. Travis and Jason are incredibly midwestern, but in the best way.

I don’t know- who’s dating Taylor swift? You are only as good as your options. Since breaking up with Joe, she dated a Matty Healey, who seems kind of slimy, and now the football player. It’s not like a list actors are lining up to date her. Maybe they’re intimidated, maybe they don’t want the drama or the attention/ego hit of being Mr. Taylor swift.
