I mean, we all knew it was in a filing in California, but how it was going to get into this proceeding was a question. Congrats to the Trump legal team for questioning Ms. Daniels and opening the door for the state to get it in.

Another unforced error from Team Trump. They pretty much killed their own narrative that the whole thing never happened.

The FEC General Counsel issued a report finding there was reason to believe there was a violation. The two republican commissioners then voted to block a final finding. So the reason that the FEC didn't fine him is republican corruption.

Yeah, Each day brings mounting appeal issues. Judge doesn't care. His goal is to get a conviction prior to the election. An appeal overturning this circus would happen AFTER the election.
As I heard someone say - the bucket is now overflowing with grounds for appeal.
