Good Potluck Dish?

I need a dish that will hold up during travel for a potluck, it has to be good for all types of palates so not too exotic of a dish. Any ideas?

I'd love to hear responses as well. But my "potluck dish" will stay in the kitchen while the over-scheduled family comes in and out over a 4 hr time frame to eat dinner.

Tortilla espanola? Spanish tortilla (egg/potato/onion). People love it.

sweet and sour meatballs.
