Bethesda ES vs. Bradley Hills

I was looking for insight into these two schools -- in particular, any opinions on school environment and whether one is better for K-1st (the really young kids). Has anyone had kids at both schools (moved between these districts)? Also any insights into how the new redistricting and construction plans will impact kids scheduled to start in the next few years would be great.
