I know it's a chain but I love Uncle Julios Rio Grande at Fairfax Corner. There's always tons of noise to hide baby fussing/chatter and their chips and salsa are awesome.

You could hit Tysons Galleria - Galleria has Lebanese Taverna, the Corner Bakery and Daily Grill.
