RE: Jennifer Garner. She actually went to my small liberal arts school (in the midwest) and was a member of my sorority. She came to do speaking engagements on campus several times while I was there. I personally greeted her and she was actually very down to earth, incredibly gracious and quirky. She and Steve Carrell had been theatre students together and everyone said fame and fortune couldn't have happened to better people. I am sure there's some Hollywood PRing done to keep that image alive but either way, I also love hearing about people who are genuinely good and decent. I also love that the love of the arts was always with them, I believe she truly loves acting. I feel for her when I see some of this, but I also think she is fine and maybe Ben was too much...

Re: the deuxmoi blind above… would be pretty gross. And not quite a prince charles/camila situation given that ben could have married anyone he wanted. Or divorced them. If true, it never ceases to amaze me how Jennifer Garner took the high road and maintained a healthy coparenting relationship with the guy, acted as his rock during his relapses, etc.

I’m all for the star crossed lovers romantic storyline, but ben and Jlo just kind of feel like train wrecks as individuals despite their success in the entertainment industry.

So worse than Charles and Camilla? And marrying for crown is no excuse to cheat. And Camilla could have divorced anyone and married anyone except Charles.

It’s just so extra gross if they were cheating during much of Ben’s marriage and then jolly posts that picture the morning after the wedding and sends out a newsletter with their wedding details within 24 hours of eloping. Ugh. Just so distasteful.

God help me for defending this…but wasn’t their youngest a tiny baby then? I have a good friend whose cheating husband left her for the AP when she had just given birth and had another little one at home. I thought it would be better if he just continued the discrete affair until she was out of the incredibly challenging infant period and the other one adjusted to the new sibling. There’s never a good time to tell your spouse “I’m having an affair and moving out”—but arguably some times are worse than others.

So a woman being pregnant or having a kid excuses a man for cheating? Really? Ben and Garner did not split until late 2014 or early 2015, announced mid-July 2015.

JLo and Marc split 2012 which fits the dates above.

Sounds like he was always (or thought) in love with JLo. Poor Garner. JLo says come and he went running. No wonder Garner kicked him to the curb. He seems to talk more about their breakup than Garner. He wants to justify himself to the public. Careful what you wish for!

Oh well it was posted anonymously on an instagram gossip page so it must be true.

DH and I watched some of the leaked candid vids tonight. The love the couple has for each other really shines though. Congratulations and many more to Mrs and Mrs Affleck!

Oh, sweetie I assure you I am not "bothered" by absolute anything regarding everyone's BFF Garner. And yep my life is already going on just fine. It's okay for people to have a different opinion than the herd about your favorite actress. Really, it is.

Wow when I look at the pics of J Lo & Ben from almost twenty yrs. ago (when they first went out!) to now, it is simply amazing how J Lo still looks exactly the same!

Her body has remained fit, her skin still glows and her hair + teeth still shine.
Ben looks good now - but he has aged more.

I want to look like Jenn so much! How can anyone possibly look that great in their early fifties?
Many forty yr. olds don’t even look as fresh faced anymore.

She was never more radiant than when she was 36.
If people think she aged quickly, they must be referring to her drinking and pill intake which made her gain weight briefly. Plus back then, years of bleaching made her hair texture like cotton candy.
Back in those days the actresses bleached their hair with boxed bleach a ‘la Jean Harlow…..
