Check out these totally unanticipated (rolls eyes) consequences coming out of Ohio:

It's unsurprising. The right wingers just want to breed low cost workers and don't care how many girls lives they have to ruin. I guess they consider it the 10 or 11 year olds "fault" for being raped. The lives of the girl and the baby are both mostly ruined before they have barely begun. |
Also, these cases, proving yet again how sadistic anti-abortion extremists are.
|
And more sadism on the part of anti-abortion extremists:
|
Even more distressing cases. Disgusting. You anti-abortionists, all this pain and suffering is on you.
|
Oh and what a surprise. The law in Ohio is making some women rush to get abortions before they've decided they really and truly want one, because they don't have the luxury of time to decide. Well done, anti-abortionists. |
They’re pretending they didn’t have anything to do with this. |

With 46 days to go until November’s Election Day, Biden urged supporters at a Democratic National Committee event to consider “what’s on the ballot,” listing issues including abortion. “If you give me two more senators in the United States Senate, I promise you, I promise you, we’re going to codify Roe and once again make Roe the law of the land,” Biden said. |
And states rights republicans will sue and win at SCOTUS. Rings hollow for me, I want to hear him say they’re going to expand the court. But I’ll take this. Voting this weekend. |
I do wonder though with Graham stating he wants to codify a national ban whether SC would rule in the same manner if pro-choice advocates sued. |
Of course they wouldn't. It's not about states' rights, it's about controlling women. It's not about consistency, it's about cruelty. It's not about life, it's about forcing women to do a particular thing that's financially burdensome and risky to their health to keep them in and oppressed underclass. |
At this point I think they want to encourage the Democratic voters and not give the forced birther lunatics a boost at the polls. Promising to enlarge the court would get them out to vote. |
Women need to get out and vote this fall, or we are looy at essentially a nationwide ban on certain forms of women's healthcare if the GOP wins.
Conservatives have made it clear it's not just about "states rights" to make little girls have rape babies and make grown women choose whether they want to give birth under trying circumstances or just give up on having children. They are horrible choices and the GOP wants to do that to all of us. |
You are probably right, not many in my camp are NOT going to vote just because they aren’t talking about expanding the court. |
