If they were inside the beltway they would draw a lot more attention. The coach Alba is an insane baller. I have not seen a coach at her level anywhere around the DMV. The interesting thing about their coaches is most were not defenders. It seems like every coach is a former defender.

With some exceptions, former defender coaches generally have better vision for the field and for building out of the back for possession-based soccer. If they were converted forwards then even better because they have experience at both ends of the pitch.

Any updates on this question?

The midfielders are some of the best coaches.

Ah, the answer is “no” then. Thanks!

I can’t speak for the other two orgs though, but I see how you’re speculating.

Yeah, and your kid’s team (fill in the blank) has two kids who tested positive for Covid. You will understand if we don’t take outlandish anonymous accusations like this seriously when people are inclined to say anything, rarely true and often false.

What makes you say this?

Barça muscling sporting global out of new Miami franchise.

Why is Barca treating Miami differently from the other "academnies?"

Barça Miami shows future - sporting global is a leech

Charging folks $3k or more a year for a facade can surely provide some sort of future.

Is your outdoor team (not DA) having 3 practices right now and internal scrimmages on the weekend...and will they continue 3 practices per week until mid-June? The season is much longer. They play until Dec. 15th. My kids in other Clubs stop in mid November and don't pick up 3 practices per week until mid-March. We also do not get the type of quarterly technical reviews by a staff (minimum of 6 coaches that have watched them at practices and games)---just one meeting with one coach of about 15 min--which has them do a self-evaluation---not a detailed report down to the weak foot abilities, spatial tactics, touch, etc.
