106-110
Mid-40s
consistenly a size xs/s 00-2 on bottom and a solid 2-4 on top since I am a 32DD

I work out consistenly 2 hrs a day (walking/weights/yoga/swim/pilates), eat a healthy Mediterranean-based diet, drink a lot of water, don't smoke, and have 2 glasses of wine a day. 8 hours of sleep is key too.

Not trying to be mean but just blunt...doesn't your face look haggard AF? Bc I'm 5ft and stating in my 40s, if I go below 110ish, my face looks like crap.

I can relate! When I was a teen (5'1", 93 lbs.), I was a size 4. When I got married in my mid 20s, I weighed 10 lbs. more, and was still a 4. In my 30s, I weighed 108-110 lbs., and I was a size 4. Now in my 50s, I'm at 120, and still a size 4.

96 lbs 5 foot 4.

True size 0

This is all vanity sizing. Anything over 110 is highly unlikely to be size zero. That’s already about medium sizing in Asia and Europe.

5’2’’ and 103 lbs. size 0 is often too big lately. I have the best luck with 00 petite sizing and sometimes xl girls clothing.

Unfortunately nowhere near a size 0 now.

But I was a 0 (or a 2 depending on the cut of the clothing) at about 105lbs. I'm 5'7".

I'm 5'4 and between 100-107. I usually go for 0 or 00. If I get to 115, I'm a 2.

I’m 110lbs and in the Uk we don’t have size zero 6 is usually the smallest and that’s an American size 2 so most my clothes are to big for me and was only 95lb last year I managed to gain 20+lb but now it’s just falling off again as don’t have much appetite as have cancer I’d prob weigh even less if it wasn’t for my local Starbucks making me frappe with 4 times the amount of strawberry sauce but before I got sick I was 183lb at my heaviest and then worked crazy hard to get to between 125/140 and was finally happy with my weight but only for about 6 months before I started to lose weight too quick and they realised I was sick 🤷‍♀️but there isn’t much I can do just know I constantly feel cold as my bmi is only around 17 but have been down to 15 I looked so horrible then thought we’ll look rubbish anyway but really terrible at 15bmi
