| Boomers are transactional and lazy. When millennials realize they will be getting zero real help from Boomers, and that the relationship is transactional, it becomes easy to realize the juice is not worth the squeeze. Also, alot of Boomers took benign neglect into straight up child abuse range. My mom smoked while pregnant and around us. I don't trust her judgment so I can never feel comfortable leaving my kids with her. I'm not exactly bending over backwards to spend time with her |
