So many of their issues are self-made. Add in bad health luck and suddenly it’s near crisis

Neither H nor M are capable of being supportive of W and K. That was kind of the problem. Nothing has changed. H is still not capable of supporting his brother - and W is not capable of bending towards H.

There's no reason for them to come back and only problems if H does.

Not so fast. My mother has Stage IV pancreatic and has done very well on chemo and goes out in public all the time. She has lost all her hair, unlike Charles, and at her recent PET the chemo has shrunk all her tumors. Treatment is getting better all the time. Why does Charles still have a full head of hair?

He’s been doing things one day a week which feels really low for normal people but it’s not far off from what he did last year. More people are aware of his schedule now because of the Kate situation.
