115k plus 30k bonus-HR.

I work in fintech and I made 165 base plus monthly vesting which comes to about $100k/year and then like a ~30k bonus or so. I also work about 35 hours a week so the low stress part of my job is fairly priceless. It’s been hard to motivate to change and get into the 200s base.

$125k after not working for one year, I usedto make $146. I work in nonprofit and have 20 years experience, but have jumped around. I’m 45. My husband makes about the same as me.
