A free country, except when it comes to wearing masks and taking vaccines. And whether you can keep your business open, or send your kid to school. |
Wrong. Choice still exists. But as always, choices have consequences. |
You need better friends. Don’t judge my friend with multiple sclerosis who wore masks and still socially distanced with your crazy friends. |
The consequences bring… they make paranoid Qanon believers Agitated. Of course pizza parlors do that too so… |
If a mask mandate will keep the nuts away from pizza parlors it's a win for us all. |
Hey good plan! |
Some people, sure. Not me! I feel every second of mask wearing. |
By that logic, demonstrators in Hong Kong have free speech- they simply need to accept the consequences. Don't want a vaccine? OK, you're not going to be able to keep your job, and thus won't be able to pay for food and shelter, but you've made your choice in a free country... I don't even have a problem with the adult vaccine mandate, but it is ridiculous to claim it is consistent with the principles of a "free country" or that we're giving people a meaningful choice in the matter. |
This was an example to show that yes, those virtue signalers do exist. I think we are all aware that some people have different reasons to mask outdoors. |
DP. Except the consequences of not getting vaccinated will be that you have to test weekly or work somewhere with fewer than a hundred employees that doesn't choose to mandate vaccines. There's enough of difference between those "consequences" and being in a Chinese prison to render a comparison ridiculous. |
Me neither. I'm aware of it every moment. I'm envious of people who just love their masks, or at least don't mind them. Because I have yet to find one that doesn't make my nose itch, my glasses fog, and isn't hot and uncomfortable. |
A lot of people in MoCo are pretty up tight. I’m kind of surprised they weren’t masking more in airports and stuff before. I think there are a lot of two professional, high income families and you have to be pretty tightly wound to live that life. |
Mcps is offering virtual and you can homeschool. |
You are just as bad being at the airport. They, like you, don’t care if they get sick or spread it. Life is about them. |
Most of us hate them but would hate Covid more. |
