Baby's Stationary

Anonymous
I would like to order stationary for our infant to use as thank you notes. Any recommendations that aren't too expensive? I would prefer not to spend as much on hers as I do on mine.

I think baby stationary is pretty goofy, but that said, this company does some cute stuff: http://www.sweetpicklepress.com/

OP here- thanks for your criticism.

not necessary and mean spirited.

I don't think it's goofy at all! YOu have to write thank-you notes regardless, so why not have special stationery for them?

If you ordered announcements without pictures, most companies make complementary thank-you notes.

If you have time to go into a shop (which you may not, with an infant) there are so many brands. If you choose something that is printed rather than thermographed, the cost is relatively low.

Sorry, I didn't mean it that seriously. I don't think it's terrible. I just think it's funny because you, after all, are writing the notes.

You're welcome for the recommendation. (The stuff IS cute, whatever you think of my post, and I have nothing to do with them, so don't let that stop you from taking a look.)

thanks for the suggestions. I didn't mean to react so strongly to the other post. 39 weeks pregnant and hormonal. excuse me.

I don't think that baby stationary is goofy at all (probably b/c I got it too!). I think its sweet & classy. Of course, so is writing thank you notes. Anyway, you might want to check out www.americanstationery.com ; www.horchow.com ; or www.tinyprints.com

have fun shopping!

I ordered announcements and note cards from tinyprints.com. I regretted ordering the note cards because I spent way too much. When I realized I would need more cards, I went to vistaprint.com and ordered cute personalized cards for significantly less. In fact, I googled "vistaprint promotional code" and found a 50% off code that I wasable to apply.

We bought our announcements and thank you notes from tiny prints- we still use them (1st birthday, Christmas, christening, etc.). I 'm a stickler for thank you notes (thank you mom) and it's nice for DD to get into the habit from the beginning (for now it's a finger print plus my note but later she can draw then write).

I just ordered stationary from tinyprints. super cute.

I hadn't thought about a thumb print in lieu of a signature.

One more vote for Tiny Prints! And I love the fingerprint idea - hope you don't mind that I'm going to steal it

Another vote here for espressionary.com. I ordered cute cards with my son's name and a cute sports theme -- they were pretty inexpensive and I use them all the time.
