Have you seen the little half-pint milk cartons anywhere locally (the kind we had growing up)? Pref organic from a local creamery, but really any would do. Looking for a case or two.
Have you see these at any local stores or farmer's markets? Thanks!! |
| Bump in hope someone saw them this weekend... |
| Are we talking the glass kind? |
| I didn't grow up here, so not sure what kind of packaging you are looking for, but you might get half pints of local milk either from the dairy stand at Dupont Farmer's market, or otherwise Yes! stores (cap hill, adams morgan, cleveland park) stock Trickling Springs milk. I know they have glass half-pints of cream, not sure about milk. |

Great - thank you! I'll check those out.
Sorry - I meant the little waxy cardboard containers. But glass might work if they have that. Thanks!! |

we have them in our work cafeteria. I think quite a few deli-type convenience places would have them, but often they're only stocked in the morning.
Or you can just find the Horizon shelf-stable milkboxes (like juiceboxes) at the grocery store. We bought some during hurricane prep (never lost power) and my daughter loves them. They're a bit less than $1/box. |
