That didn't take long. Where are the Gray voters now? |
I say, warm up Mayor FENTY. |
Anthony Williams was the best DC mayor of the last 40 years. I, too, wish that he were back in office.
Gray showed up this weekend at a neighborhood fair in NW. With swirling ethics issues, a sense that DC is drifting and concern that he lacks the "vision thing," what did he talk about? DC statehood! |
+1 I really should thank Tony Williams someday, because I believe he alone is responsible for creating about $400,000 in equity in a NW DC house I bought in 1996. People actually laughed at us for not choosing, say, Crystal City or Ballston. so "thanks." And please come back. |
Don't blame me, I voted for Fenty. I thought he was doing a good job. I can't believe that no one saw through Mr. Marion Barry revisited (aka Vincent Gray) My husband and I miss Tony Williams the most; however, while I think he did a great job, he was helped a bit by the soaring economy in the late 90's that spurred all the downtown, U Street, Columbia Heights and H Street NE development. |
