I was looking at a picture in the "DCUM class warefare" thread, and it made me think: almost everybody who posts in the "Political Discussion" area must be men. If you post here regularly, please update the following statastic (I'll start it)

men: 0
women: 1

I post here a bit. I am a woman. It does seem a bit weighted towards men here but I don't mind. Women don't seem to follow poltics or perhaps don't like to discuss it.

Early in my DCUM days I assumed the nasty postings were from men, but at some point I realized that I was being a sexist, and that women can be just as vile as men, especially when writing anonymously. Jeff is the Susan B. Anthony of political bile.

I'm a woman. And I have been tempted to toss in a dirty rag to daub at the spittle flecked rage on this particular forum. I happen to know that my DH comes on this computer to post esp., when I travel--sometimes I'm sure I'm seeing his flavor of posts here.
