Really really sore throat - what is this?

| go to your doc and get tested. The worst sore throat that I've had was probably adenovirus, but it's impossible to differentiate from strep without a test. |

| I have sore throats nearly every morning from post nasal drip. Strep generally is accompanied by white spots at the back of the mouth isn't it? If it starts feeling better as the day goes on, chances are it's PND that happened while sleeping. |

Just went in today convinced I had strep. It was coxsackie. Ouch!! |
