is there a way to tell from the fcps website how many kids from your local school get accepted into the center each year? thanks

No, there is no way to tell for certain. Some students may have been found Center-eligible and opted to stay at the base school.

There is old (and obviously dated) information about Local Level 4 schools, showing how many students that were found Center-eligible opted to stay at the base school for Local Level 4:

It likely means that your school was not a Local Level 4 school in 2008-2009 or 2009-2010.

The statistics in this report are old from 2005- 2006. At that time level IV center enrollment was 11.2%. There is also information about the number and percentage of accepted appeals, the range of accepted MBRS, NNAT, COGAT scores, etc. Unfortunately it does not break out the statistics by school.
