Aftercare - Ayrlawn or Bethesda Country Day

Both Ayrlawn and Bethesda Country Day service our elementary school for before and after care. Does anyone have any feedback in how the programs are run? Do the children run amok, have adequate snack, get their homework done, get exercise??
