They've been at mine (Vienna) for several weeks...their season is actually close to over! Get some soon, they are great this year

| I asked Whole Foods where the apples were and the response I got was that there was an apple shortage this year. AN APPLE SHORTAGE. ACK!!!! |

I did see some at Whole Foods last week but I went apple picking and there were plenty to be had on the trees.

| Had some from Homestead Farm and WF in Rockville. The ones from Homestead were amazing -- perfect blend of sweet, tart, and crisp. WF apples were good, but were more one-sidedly sweet. They didn't have the sweet-tart balance that I prefer. |

There were tons of them at the silver spring farmer's market this weekend. Go!!
