Fall/winter tights

I'm working in a new building and the ambient temperature is that of a meat locker. I need to invest in a few pairs of tights that will be professional but warm under my existing wardrobe of dresses and skirts.

Where do you buy warm, sorta fashionable, but not completely $$ tights? I haven't worn them since I was 12, so really don't know what I'm doing here.

I recently found that site. Some of the tights are practical, some aren't, some are expensive, some aren't, but they definitely have a good variety. I have a couple pairs of SmartWool socks that I have been happy with the last couple winters. They are pricey, but they are very warm and comfortable.

I meant to say Smartwool tights there, not socks.
