Fairfax/Chantilly Moms - Monday afternoon dance class interest?

This isn't necessarily schools related, but I couldn't think of a better place to post this.

I signed my daughter up for a ballet/tap class at Swan Ballet in Chantilly. She likes the school so far, but our first choice of the Monday afternoon session is not currently available due to lack of interest in the timeslot. We are in a Friday early evening class for the time being, and we really dislike that time for various reasons.

The Monday class would be afterschool at 3 PM and for ages 4-6. My daughter is 5 and in Kindergarten at GBW. They said they will keep it on the calendar for a couple months hoping to enroll a few more students - they need 4 students to hold a class.

It would be a great afterschool activity for those shortened Mondays in FCPS I am new to Fairfax and don't know any of the other moms in our neighborhood/school yet, so this is my best option right now for networking. Hope someone is interested!

We would totally be into this but our elem school doesn't get out until 4 pm.! Isn't that crazy-late?

On Mondays? Are you in a private school? Monday is early release day in FCPS.
