When is the Fall selling season over? Do people pull listings in early November?

When do people pull their homes off the market and when do they re list? I figure that by November 1 no one's buying, since that would mean a close around Thanksgiving (30 day close) or the new year (60 days). So do people de-list by November 1? If so, when do the houses go back on the market? January 1? Or do people wait for the Spring?

Most people pull before TGiving and wait for mid to late March. There is always at least a little bit of inventory during all months though.
