Anyone have success with thin lining (less than 6mm) on fresh IVF cycle?

This is my first time with IVF and the medical staff seem fairly concerned about my uterine lining thickness. I was told that they like to see 8mm and I have been holding in the high 5mm range with a trigger likely tonight or tomorrow.
