Roy Moore the Pedophile

Moore was actually banned from the Gadsden Mall and the YMCA for his inappropriate behavior of soliciting sex from young girls,” the independent Alabama journalist Glynn Wilson wrote on his Web site on Sunday. (Wilson declined to divulge his sources.) Teresa Jones, a deputy district attorney for Etowah County in the early eighties, told CNN last week that “it was common knowledge that Roy dated high-school girls.” Jones told me that she couldn’t confirm the alleged mall banning, but said, “It’s a rumor I’ve heard for years.”

....two officers I spoke to this weekend, both of whom asked to remain unnamed, told me that they have long heard stories about Moore and the mall. “The general knowledge at the time when I moved here was that this guy is a lawyer cruising the mall for high-school dates.”

Unnamed sources. Always that way with the Dems and their hit pieces. One DA says he dated high school girls when 16 was the legal age. Non-news.

The pedophile apologists and enablers jumped all over me when i noted that one had to be smart and perceptive enough to read beteeen the lines of the WaPo article and repeatedly ignored references to the YMCA and Mall. And, as predicted, the floodgates have opened.

That's called a 'set up'.

So you never believe any woman or girl who says she was molested or harassed because you need proof other than her word, which would be what in your view?

I feel sorry for any daughter or sister you have. Can just hear you telling them "sorry I need proof" if they came to you with a claim of sexual assault.

NP. I would encourage my daughter to go to the police right away. End of. The burden of proof usually sits with the victim.

When the accused is the District Attorney in a small town I'm sure that goes real well.

At least I would know that we did the right thing. The rest is on them.

Until you are raped, or groped, by someone powerful you do not know what you would do. Buy, hey, see if you can get a job on Roy Moore's office and let us know. You are beyond stupid.

Yes, I do. It happened to me at 13. I was far from home and visiting. I made a friend in the neighborhood and we told her mother. She handled it from there.

Was the perpetrator also the well-known city prosecutor?

I welcome conducting discovery as part of a libel suit.

Well, you may not welcome it when the legal fees start to add up unless you have the means or there are other deep pockets to bail you out. The problem with civil suits is not just any potential liability but the horrendously huge legal fees the parties incur- which is why so many suits are settled before it reaches trial.

I speak from experience when I was sued and in no time I had incurred over $150K in legal fees - I was fortunate in that my former employer was contractually obligated to indemnify me for the fees.

I can understand the young girls not telling at that time--I cannot understand them keeping quiet after he was no longer the DA.

And what if your daughter said no, she was too frightened and she didn't want to do it? Would you wash your hands, say well, sorry I can't believe you, and then donate money to her assailant when he ran for office?

If my daughter was underage, it's not her choice. I report it.

Sorry, I don’t mean to be disresectful, but we’re taking about 1980ish real life for families headed by a single mother in a small city in Alabama. Look what Cosby got away with for decades just with adult women.

Holy CRAP, is THIS what the second 'victim' said?

Nelson claims Moore told her, “You are just a child and I am the District Attorney of Etowah County; if you tell anyone, no one will believe you,” and then let her out of the car.

It's like she and Allred were reading social media or something. because this is exactly the Dem narrative floating around. Go back and read this thread and you'll see plenty of liberals floating this theory.

I can't believe how gullible you people are. Yes, wait, I can.

Right, then he was just a judge on the Supreme Court of Alabama.

He left town. Texas. Australia. Then came back only to get married and be elected judge. Shit like this was ubiquitous and has always been swept under the rug. Then there’s the fear, as reinforced by Moore, that nobody is going by to believe you. And so you come to terms with your victimization as best you can and try to move on.

Only if false. Unfortunately, the evidence is in that’s its true. Maybe Roy Moore would want to litigate the truthfulness of this claim? That would be a great idea.

So you can prove he was/is a pedophile? Think before you answer because based on all information as presented you can't.

NP. We know Moore has a terrible record on sexual abuse, including being the only dissenting voice on the rape of a 4 year old child. At the very least, he's a pedophile enabler.

Yeh, when I read that I literally threw up.

No, Nelson claims Moore pushed her out of the car, or perhaps she fell out, in the darkened parking lot behind the dumpster and he then sped off. Oh, and GFY troll-boy.

Isn't this a fairly common tactic for an abuser to take? Right along with threatening to hurt family members, telling victims their families will be mad at them, or that they will be the ones responsible for a family member going to jail for hurting the abuser. It's not a theory. It's something abusers do.

After Allred's daughter Lisa Bloom was trying to protect mega perv Weinstein by victim bashing, I am not well disposed to her clients' allegations.
