Catering and bakery recommendations?

I am helping to host a baby shower and am looking for recommendations on where to get some prepared foods. It is an afternoon event. I was thinking tea sandwiches as well as some other small items. Any recommendations on a caterer? I also want to get a cake. Any bakery recommendations? TIA.

Patisserie Poupon, although I haven't tried any cakes there (but have gotten trays of tea sandwiches and petits fours).

I've been to parties with trays of sandwiches from Patisserie Poupon. Fantastic!

Also, Praline Bakery near the Sangamore Safeway has incredibly delicious cakes. They probably cater as well.

I have gotten great trays of mini-pastries from Praline.
If you go with Patisserie Poupon for the tea sandwiches and thus are already picking up in Georgetown, you could get cupcakes from Georgetown Cupcake. They will do custom decorations for free and it's easier to serve something individually-sized than cutting a big cake. I did this for my friend's bridal shower and it was effortless - placed my order online, including the custom decoration request, then picked up without having to wait in line.
