Good but reasonably priced shampoo/blowdry in Silver Spring, Kensington, Chevy Chase, Bethesda

I am looking for a stylist/salon where I can get a good shampoo and blow dry for a reasonable price. My stylist is great but the price is too high to get regular blowouts with her. Thank you for any recommendations.

Bubbles Bethesda Row (it's my secret place to cheat on my stylist). $20, $30 if you have superlong or thick hair. Have yet to have a bad blowout there.
