Fresh Market vs Whole Foods for meats/seafood

Any opinion- we are fortunate to have both relatively close by- any opinions on meats/seafood? anything else? thanks!

I love fresh market. Do u know when the rockville store is openinat fresh market, I like: freshly made sushi, sliced black forest ham in the deli section, brownies, grain breads, stuffed cabbage/mashed potatos/cabbage slaw (freshly prepared foods), non pareil candies, choc pb yogurt pretzel balls (in the bins in the nuts /candies section.) They also have great greeting cards.
