I hate my iPhone - what's wrong with me?

Anonymous
I've had it for two months and hate it more all the time. Pointless post I know. Waiting in a doctors office and ready to toss this phone.

I'm a big tech fan in general, but never really understood the hype over the iphone/Droid, etc. Maybe it's because I don't use my phone for much of anything besides calling someone, and haven't gotten addicted to all the apps...It just seems like a LOT extra for no real reason.

I think I hate mine too. Seems to take forever for messages to "load" and I can type SOOO fast on a blackbery and not at all fast on this thing. Plus it is constantly replacing words because of a typo with a different word. Drives me nuts.

You can turn this off in your settings.

Settings > General > Keyboard > Auto-Correction = Off.

Yeah, but without it, you could not post this message while waiting in dr office. You would instead be stuck reading the May 1997 issue of Ladies Home Journal.

*And by "it" I refer to all smartphones.

I think I do too, lately.

My DH accidentally drowned his droid a few weeks ago while we were on vacation, so when we got home he took his old blackberry to Verizon and had it reset with his account until he could find another smartphone that he liked. I've actually been jealous of him, with his blackberry, b/c I think I liked my bby more than I like my droid phone. Which actually, I hate.

iphone, hands down, over the Blackberry. I was always having to reset my Blackberry and the charge never lasted. My iphone has been very good so far.

I think my husband wants to marry his droid.

I do like my iphone though. Its 'saved' me so many times. However, I do like typing on a BB more. Its a trade-off I'm willing to make.
