They are preparing for Greece to default. Predictions anyone? Mad Max days on the horizon in terms of the ramifications to the global financial system?
Start practicing your Manderian.
PP, check your spelling.
OP here. Thinking about buying gold bullion and gas masks for DH for Xmas? Yes?
I'd go with the wilderness survival kit. If there's global financial meltdown, DH will still be alive, but he won't have a job.
Don't worry we watch Survivorman all the time. I feel we got that covered, much like Alaskian crabbing. |
And to think all those freshmen republicans were willing to let the US default a few weeks ago....
Link please or it didn't happen.
And you know Spain and Italy are next.
i agree madmax. we have my dh's old marine packs ready for our family of five.
Do you have guns and ammo? You'll need that to ward off hungry, desperate others.
Okay, I read the article but I'm unclear why this situation would turn into a MadMax type scenario, someone is going to have to explain this to me, please.
I see nothing on bbc world news or other foreighn news media

Countries used to default all the time and the rest of the world hardly felt a hiccup. Greece should be calling in its creditors and dictating terms. The bankers may finally have to take a financial hit. That's a tragedy for them, but I suspect the rest of us will not be too concerned.
