I responded to your other post. Inventory of SFH in this area has been very low. It's a convenient location to DC, the Pentagon, Mark Center and Tysons. The schools are similar to, or better than, those in adjacent parts of Alexandria and South Arlington. The school demographics would repel some potential renters, but the location is good enough to attract others.
