How long is your commute to/fro DCPS or charter?

Curious. Ours is 10 minutes, 20 r/t, driving.

15 minutes one way on a good day, 25 if we run into traffic. I should note that hubby grew up here so he knows every short cut/back and side street imaginable.

45 min for dd (.5 m walk, 2 trains, .2 m walk) and 60 for ds (.5 m walk, 2 trains, .5 m walk)

10-15 minute leisurely walk. Very happy about that!

10 minute drive from house to school. 25 minute drive from school to work (15 minutes with no traffic).

Same here, grew up here and the commute is not long at all. 10-minutes tops. Bad weather can slow it down to a snails pace.

22 minutes on the best day, 45 minutes on the worst. Several routes we can take when we run into problems. Totally worth it.

5 minutes by car to nearby OOB DCPS, we could walk but I am also taking DC#2 to daycare and then heading to work.

15-25 min from home, depending on traffic. 45 min from work. my kiddos take a private bus service. 8)

If we leave at 7:45 30 minutes. If we leave at 8:00 am 45 minutes. Pickup from downtown is 45 minutes on bus and then another 30 if driving or 45 on public bus. Much better school, but wow the commute will be tough.
