Kane from Kaneshow divorcing and crying on air right now

So I feel like something is up with Kane. I mean he seems so genuine and kind and just a good person on air but it's really weird that 3 people left his show disgruntled.

just playing devils advocate, but if she was planning this whole thing out for months, she might want to make it look as though she still cared immediately before leaving, and what better way to do that then to post it on SM?

+1 everyone is different behind closed doors. I have no doubt that Kane is an asshole at home and to his friends. If he even has friends besides John Erick and Danni. He seems like the kind of guy that looks down on others and judge people by their income. Im sure hes snobby and not very liked by many people outside the kaneshow circle.

Laura is in college to become a teacher, which is why she was a teachers assistant all last year. As someone who knows Laura, barely knows john, I can say that Laura is the sweetest and most respectable person. But she's a tad shy at first

i'm guessing he's a perfectionist workaholic and expects others to keep up with him. it fits the OCD and would certainly alienate others.

I like Kane. Or at least I suppose I like the guy he pretends to be.

I feel it is important to remember that those 3 people left before Kane was diagnosed with his ADHD and OCD. I'm not saying they are a complete excuse and it could have been for totally different reasons. But perhaps some of the traits of those illnesses came through and without an explanation people thought he was just an asshole or intentionally rude/disrespectful. Again, I could be totally wrong. Maybe it has nothing to do with it. But I would be curious to see if someone who used to work with Kane came back and worked with him again and still had the same issues?

Thanks for clearing that up. Maybe she would be better off without John since my perception of him doesnt really match a sweet and very respectable person. But as long as they re happy thats all that matters.

And for people saying the kids look like Kane, look at the pic right after the frame one and notice N looked just like them as youngun.

Anybody that has been married long enough knows that marriage can be hard work... And sometimes no matter how much work you put into it, you are just so incompatible that you would both be better off separating, for the sanity of both people. Life is short. Just because they are getting a divorce doesn't mean there were bad intentions from either spouse... And it certainly doesn't mean there was any premeditation involved... I get the feeling that the people that keep saying that haven't been married themselves...this has probably been brewing under the surface for a long time and it finally boiled over with something one of them did, that's the only reason I can see nat leaving so abruptly. She seems like a good mother so I'm sure she had her reasons and did not Make that decision light heartedly. Was she not thinking clearly when she did it? Probably not, but than again which one of us would be thinking clearly in a situation like that. Hindsight is 20/20, everyone knows that...even Peter knows that which is why you won't find the recording anywhere. He wouldn't be the first angry person in history to exaggerate his side of the story for sympathy...hopefully they work it out and can raise their kids amicably. I for one think that divorce is the best thing that could have happened to either one of them if they were both that unhappy...I wouldn't be surprised if they feel the same way once they get past this temporary hurdle.

I think Laura and John are good together. You have to actually hangout with them to see it. It's hard to explain.

People on customer service phone lines sound so nice on air..such patient, understanding people...I bet inside they hate me though and wish I was dead...it's just "work face"

I don't know if stashing money for months and letting bills go for months counts as "abrupt."

Perfectionism is not really a part of OCD... It is a symptom of "OCD personality disorder" but that is a very different diagnosis than actual true OCD, in which the person has to carry out compultions to make obsessions go away. People with personality disorders are generally normal functioning whereas someone with OCD usually has to deal with the OCD disrupting their lives.

OCD personality disorder is ego syntonic, so their actions are consistent with what they want to do or believe. True OCD is ego dystonic, so the person has to carry out compulsions that go against what the want to do/believe , which is why it is so disruptive. For example having to wipe a doorknob with a Kleenex 5 (or any other specific #) times before you can turn the knob.

In a nutshell ocd personality disorder is your basic perfectionist, nothing out of the ordinary... True OCD you will see people doing "crazy" things because if they don't do those things to make the "thoughts" go away, then they suffer from extreme anxiety and fear, but doesn't really have anything to do with perfectionism.

Kane was diagnosed with true OCD(wasn't he?)... He may well be a perfectionist too though.

I just posted this as an informative thing not calling anyone out on anything... I just see a lot of people confuse the two so thought I would share

Lol they won't be coming back to work with Kane anytime soon...I.e never...you can't even diagnose ADHD in adults so I'm sure at least that much was already known and he just decided to publicize it now along with the OCD diagnosis.
