I mean, for most women?
I run 5x week, weight train 2x week Eat very well 5'10 and 138. I cant imagine being much more disciplined without leading a terribly dull life of constant calorie restriction and excessive exercise routine. But i keep hearing that menopause makes your bod even worse at weight maintenance! So does that mean if i stay at my (pretty committed and hardworking) status quo i am destined to gain weight, esp in my gut? What a drag! |
