Ideas for something to do with a 4 year-old girl tomorrow

My friend and I are looking for something to do with her 4 year-old girl tomorow while our husbands go to the Nationals game. We have been to all the standard DC places (zoo, museums) and are looking for something that is more of an experience. The 4 year-old is a girly-girl and would love to do something like go to tea at a hotel. Does anyone have any suggestions for things to do in DC or close-in MD and VA?
