Weird blemish driving me nuts

I have a strange spot on my face. It's sort of like a blackhead, or an enlarged pore with a blackish interior. But there's nothing in there. I have messed with the darn thing enough to gouge the skin, and can't get anything out, or otherwise make it go away.

What the hell is this, and how can I get rid of it??

See a dermatologist. Dark spots can be cancer (not saying this is). It's something to get checked out for sure.

It could be a wart. You have to see a dermatologist.
