Hey, if prayer is the way he plans to get his job done, I think we should know how effective it is. Half of the gulf is going to get flooded, and the one state that needs the rain is going to miss out.

Maybe next time he should try policies that manage water in his state.

I thought if we used up all the natural resources, Jesus would return (Yes, I actually had a Northern Irish guy say this to me.)

If oil and gas is any example, he makes more and gives it to Hugo Chavez or the Russians in order to teach us a lesson.
