Opinion Wanted on different Swing/Play sets

We don't have much room, so I'm looking to see if anyone really loves their swing/play set. I have one child about to turn 3yr and another about 18mnths old, so I'm looking for something that both can use for at least 2-3 years to come. I've narrowed it down to:

Step 2 Naturally Playful Playhouse Climber and Swing Extension
Little Tikes Clubhouse Swingset
Little Tikes Double Decker Super Slide
Little Tikes Adjustable Mountain Climber

Would really appreciate any opinion any of these -- hard to put together, too big, too small, hard to secure, etc. (oh, and if you know a super great place to get one, I'll take that too! )
