Any parents whose kids go to FHES (in Vienna) out there?

Just moved to the area and have 2 kids enrolled. Any tips on who the best (or worst) teachers are?

I've heard mixed things about the principal from our neighbors, and some great things about Ms. Gage (K teacher), but have no idea about the other teachers. Any thoughts?

Mrs. Gage is about as experienced as you can get for a K teacher. She can really run a classroom. She's all- round great.

Miss Kuykendall was very well liked this past year from the various parents I talked too. She is young and newer to teaching. However, her teaching assistant is phenomenal...at least the one she was paired with last year.

The other teacher who I can't remember the name of is coming down from one of the upper classes.

I like the principal. I think FHES is just a great school altogether----especially the quality of the gym teacher, librarian, etc.
