2024 Girls Lax WCAC ISL Outlook

It’s not Leah, Bucky, Katie, or Sarah Walsh, and there is about a small chance it’s Jacqueline.

Thanks for your input. It's probably not Jenny Levy either.

No, the root cause was Visi administration’s lack of leadership. The weird coach choices are just a symptom of the underlying structural problem.

Let’s be honest here: Katie was “fired” or whatever because of the parents and not the quality of her coaching. If winning was the objective, then Katie would be an excellent choice. This is not Katie, by the way, for anyone feeling the impulse to make the lazy “thanks Katie” response.

OK Katie

Any update on a coach at SJC?

No one wants the job they graduated all of the top talent and are left with players who barely played the last 3 seasons. They are now in full rebuild mode and have zero chance of competing against GC for a WCAC for the next several years at least.

Overall, the WCAC will be down the next 2-3 years. GC will run away with it. I'd assume that they will schedule tough games prior to league play.

Thanks for the creepy evaluation of 8th and 9th grade girls. We'll see how it goes.

No clue what you are talking about. So much talent that didn't play tons of minutes because old Coach rode her Seniors all year long. Everyone familiar with Club knows SJC has tons of talent and athleticism. A up and coming Coach should be salivating for the opportunity to Coach at SJC.

We keep hearing thing such as the offers are out and it should be soon blah blah blah for well over a month. That kind of indicates they have been turned down and probably more than once.

Unless those posts were trolls? I can’t figure it out either because the talent is there not sure why someone would not want the job.

Maybe it's a good thing that they are doing their due diligence and not rushing into anything.

Visi had the same strategy last year, taking 9 months to get a coach, and settled for a parent.
